Zak Residence Chiang Mai is a hidden gem. The spacious and comfortable apartment homestay is perfect for families. The hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness is commendable. Additionally, the location, while outside of the old city center, is still convenient and close to local tourist areas.

Rooms in zak residence were very clean. The setting was within short walking distance to everything we wanted to visit, like Spa Cenvaree. Wat Ket neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention...

The location is ideal for those who prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still close to local attractions such as the university, temples, and local eateries. Exploring the neighborhood by renting a bicycle from the hotel adds an extra fun factor to the stay.

This hotel is located in a quiet area of Chiang Mai, perfect for those looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle. It is conveniently close to a shopping mall and convenient stores, making it easy to access any amenities you might need. Additionally, the staff here are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including a private bathroom, which is always a plus. The value for money is great, with affordable prices that won't break the bank.

The only thing that could be improved is the inclusion of breakfast.

Although the room was small, the Wi-Fi signal was strong. We also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop garden, which offered a beautiful view of the city.
